Influencing Consumers’ Trust in Online Grocery Shopping: A Survey Among Malaysian

In Malaysia, online grocery shopping is an emerging field where consumer trust has become a key factor affecting its growth and prosperity. Although does not account for significant share of total spending, it plays irreplaceable role due to unique characteristics perishability variability, which makes relevant consumers' quality life. This article aims explore false advertising, issues, logistics reputation in relation shopping, using non-probability sampling research techniques 390 questionnaires from consumers aged between 18 45. finds that advertising have little direct association with trust, while issues positive impact on shopping. Our study fills gap this area at stage. And further recommendations the government, platforms grocers, so as strengthen their regulation, purify business activities market promote prosperity Malaysia light finding.
